Pre-construction
Pre-construction anti-termite treatment is a process of applying termiticide to soil or floor structure in the early stages of the construction process. The goal of anti-termite treatment is to provide a chemical barrier to the building against side terrain termites. Termite treatment in the pre-construction stages should include several procedures to ensure the area is termite-free with a warranty of 10 years.
Post-construction.
Post-construction anti-termite treatment is carried out once the construction of the building is completed. This usually involves treating the soil adjacent to or under the building with a product which kills or repels termites around the foundation. Treat the floors of the rooms by injecting termiticide solution through the drilled holes at regular intervals. We offer Professional Termite Control Service with 5 years warranty.
